Samsung Turkey - Samsung new fridge not working

I bought a new samsung fridge with 20 years warranty and it stopped cooling now after just 3 months. I called the customer center so many times but they just give me complaint number and then no follow up.

So disappointed with samsung service and products. This is the second time this same thing happened to me with the samsung new product.

First time my new mobile speaker was not working and this time fridge. Pathetic service

My fold 4 has broken with a fault known by Samsung, open screen black line and not working. Have to send it back bla bla leaving me without a phone.

Will not give refund or new phone despite paying £3,500.

Service people are robots reading from a script and won't budge. Terrible product, minus customer service

After the problems experienced in the Samsung Brand (WD12J8420GW) Washing Machine on 04.05.2022, 444**** Samsung customer services were contacted, and then they transferred the issue to the technical service department, and after a video call was provided via the link sent to me, they stated that there was a problem in the boiler part of the device. After they said that they would be directed to me, I was called on 0543958**** on 09.05.2022 and they stated that they were Samsung technical service from Doğubayazıt district of Ağrı province and stated that they would examine the device in question.

Control of the device was provided to them in my house where the device is located.

Afterwards, Process 444**** called me 20 times and I said that by calling them 12 times, the material is supplied each time, they informed me that the technical service would come to my house for repair on 21.06.2022, on 21.06.2022. When the technical service friends came to our door with the cauldron in their hands, after I told them why the other parts were not brought (Front Cover Bellows Tire and Fan motor for drying) they said that they did not come, I asked them not to do the aforementioned process, while they were talking to their upper units, I called 444**** for repair. After the friends who came, I stated that they brought the material incomplete and that it could not be repaired in this way, after they said to my friends who were at my house, why they were transferring information about the supply of the material, to the friends who were at my house, they told them why they were transferring information to them, I was looking at the field works. they broke up.

Then, after 68 days, they came and repaired the product, but the product still has the same symptoms, although I called 444****, still no one.

They keep telling me to stay put.

As can be understood from the reasons above, they did not carry out the repair within the time complained of.

I have a child with an allergic disorder in my house. For this reason, I am a victim.

QLED TV - 65 Q7 F TV Panel Problem

I am writing from Turkey.

I am facing a Panel failure problem for my 4 years old QLED TV. And Want to replace my panel.

But there is no PANEL for replacement.

Samsung Turkey want to sell me a new TV for 1000 USD.

Which I accept as well.

The problem is they do not provide WHİCH model TV ı can get from them.

They say just pay money but we can not give you a model name. You must accept what ever we give.

In Turkey Samsung abusing consumers and have horrible customer service. In Turkey Samsung does not have a brand management. Acting like a cheap wholeseller.

This message is for Samsung Global.

İf you read this message please provide better marketing people for Turkey. Existing team is destroying your brand image.

Preferred solution: Please send Turkey Better Marketing people. Who knows how to deal with consumers. Samsung is a wholeseller only in Turkey. Losing its BRAND Value day by day.

Samsung Turkey Customer Complaint !!!

Samsung is a regret. Let alone stop standing behind the product it sells, Samsung is a company that puts its customer satisfaction in its purest place.

My Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra phone, which I bought in March 2021, has been problematic since the 11th month of 2021. I am having network problem. Callers cannot reach the internet is in the city center, 4.5G is available. I get a warning that your phone is not connected to the internet.

That's why I moved my operator from Türk Telekom to Turkcell. When the problem persisted, it was sent to Samsung Istanbul service BDH Maltepe by cargo. They wrote that there was no problem in the phone and a software update was made. once again shipping to BDH service on 8 Feb 2022 last week.

This time, it has changed 4 parts, including the antenna, from the phone. I got the call on February 11, I checked for 1 day, and the same problems persisted, for the 3rd time, on February 14, I sent to BDH Maltepe. I stated that I wanted a change.

This time, the motherboard and wifi were replaced. They sent the phone back again.

I created a complaint record by getting live support on Samsung Members. It was said that we are with you, do not worry, whatever is necessary will be done. I was hopeful too, but remained hopeful. There is no solution.

Just word salad.

An authorized person called today from Samsung solution department. He said that the phone was repaired, there was no need to change it, and if there was a problem, I had to prove the problem by recording a video with another phone next to me so that the IMEI would be visible. Service will take care of it again for repair. I don't have a second phone.

I'm out of work, do I have to run after evidence like a prosecutor? Almost everything has changed except the case and camera on the phone, which is said to be OK. I wonder what else needs to change for my phone to change? I will write more about the process I went through, but unfortunately there is no contact person.

While I bought a Samsung for 12.000 TL, I*** 11 128gb was around 6.000 TL. I bought a 12.000 TL Samsung.

I will sell my Samsung watch earphones and phone. However, my phone's IMEI has changed due to the motherboard. It will be registered within 120 days.

How do I explain this to the person who will buy it? IMEI is unregistered to query. The IMEI on the box is different, the IMEI on the phone is different. I will never mess with Samsung again.

It's about until Samsung sells the product. The next is blank.

Dear Sir,

I am a Samsung customer from Turkey. I have bought a wall type air-conditioner (model Samsung AR5500 24.000 BTU inv) in Februray, 2020.

I am suffering from problems since then because the technical service in Kuşadası-Aydin Turkey, has not installed outer unit of the air-conditioner properly and they have just left it on the basement of the balcony.

I called technical service saying that re-install the outer unit because all the air blown out from outer unit is coming toward the inside room so cooling function of the air-conditioner is not satisfying us.

The service came to check the unit and said that they will change the position of the outer unit , but we have to pay for this job and mounting parts. As there is warrant for 3 years why should I pay for re-installment and for mounting parts.

They did not do anything and left home.

I have complaint about this service and I am not satisfied with the Samsung air-conditioner.

I couldn't find a solution from Samsung Turkey , they told me , I have to pay for an uncompleted installment.

I am reporting this case , my problem , because temperature is very high in Turkey , summer season and I am suffering from this air-conditioner.

I request you to solve my problem with Samsung Turkey.
